If you haven’t come across Hair Factory and Ślicznota on Dąbrowskiego 15 yet, it’s worth knowing what’s happening behind the door. The place has apparently been home to a hair salon since the building first went up, but today it’s a very different kind of setup.

We spoke to the team about what makes the place tick, and the answer wasn’t really about chasing the latest Instagram haircut.

“We create hairstyles made to measure,” they told us — taking into account everything from hair type and face shape to how much time someone actually has in the morning.
